Get To Know Kimberly Bohon
Kimberly Bohon, is a gifted speaker with a passion for encouraging others to “Live Abnormal”; by NOT conforming to the things of this world but by being transformed by the Holy Spirit. Kim’s vision is to connect people from around the world for the purpose of mentoring, disciplining, and supporting one another.
Kimberly grew up in a Christian home, and at a young age she accepted the Lord as her personal Savior and during her teen years she felt a call on her life, toward ministry. Kim has always endeavored to honor God in all of her life choices; whether serving as Christian Education Director in a church, a teacher in the public school system, or a missionary in a foreign country.
While serving as a missionary, Kim realized that to honor God in today’s society one must live in a way that is abnormal to the standards of this world. “Live Abnormal” was birthed in her heart and in her spirit.
Kimberly is an international speaker and has shared this message in churches, women’s conferences, youth retreats, camp meetings, missions conventions, and in weekly radio programs.
Kim’s southern charm and creative story- telling abilities connect with audiences around the world. She might have you laughing one moment and crying the next but by the end of her message you have been challenged and inspired to deviate from the norm and “Live Abnormal”.
Kimberly and her husband Andy have been married since 2001. Kim has found Andy’s support in her life and ministry to be an invaluable source of encouragement and strength. They have a son, Luke, who is the joy of their lives. Kim often shares how Luke is an answer to pray and her gift from God. They live in Burleson, Texas.
Kimberly received her Bachelors’ of Arts Degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God, serves as a missionary with the Assemblies of God World Missions, is a certified elementary teacher with the Texas Board of Education, and is the founder of “Live Abnormal” Ministries.
